POWER OF ATTORNEY

I appoint Attorney Barış Erkan Çelebi from the Antalya Bar Association to represent me in dealings with the Ministry of Family, Labor and Social Services, as well as other relevant ministries and affiliated directorates, the General Directorate of Security, Provincial Directorates of Security, Foreigners’ Branch Directorates, Foreign Representations, Consulates, and similar government agencies. This includes handling applications for work permits for foreign personnel on my behalf, applying for residence permits and Residence Permits for the foreigner granted a work permit, conducting online procedures, preparing and signing necessary documents and submitting them to the relevant institutions, receiving any and all documents issued on my behalf from the relevant institutions, handling notifications and deliveries, receiving and delivering documents in person, issuing records and duplicates, making oral and written statements and applications, conducting correspondence, providing responses, depositing all kinds of taxes, fees, and duties to the relevant authorities, obtaining receipts, claiming excess payments and requesting refunds, collecting them, signing possession and receipt documents, correcting errors administratively, performing all kinds of tasks and procedures required in this regard, following up and finalizing with signatures. I authorize Attorney Barış Erkan Çelebi to delegate, share, or all of these powers, and to exercise them jointly or separately.
